Port Stephens Athletic Club (PSAC) runs Tiny Tots, Little Athletics, Junior Athletics, and seniors program. As the name suggests, it is based upon the sport of athletics (track and field) and the events are specially modified to suit the ages and abilities of children, and new for the 2024/2025 season a Seniors program.
A wide range of running, jumping, and throwing events are held at Burwell oval from October to the end of March (20 week program), with optional interclub competitions.

Port Stephens Athletics Tiny tots, Little Athletics and Juniors meet on Monday afternoons t 5:30pm at Burwell oval, Tomaree Sports Complex, Salamander Bay.
